Flat/low slope Single-Ply EPDM Systems, Modified Bitumen Roof Systems, Emergency Repairs

We are proud to be a qualified and trained applicator for the first company in the world to market an EPDM roofing system. For nearly half a century, Lexcan Hi-Flex EPDM Roofing Systems have been the industry’s roofing system of choice. Best known for its flexibility in severe cold temperatures and its long-term performance, it’s no wonder Lexcan EPDM has been the ideal roofing material used for the extremes of the Canadian climate.

We also specialize in Modified Bitumen roofing systems. Bitumen is reinforced with fiberglass or polyester fiber matting in order to increase durability and strength. The two most common types of bitumen systems are SBS and APP. The use of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) increases the flexibility of the membrane and allows it to have stronger expansion and contraction capabilities. APP (atactic polypropylene) increases the aging ability of the roof system. SBS is often the more popular system as the synthetic rubber additive increases the products flexibility.
